I am an undergraduate student at the School of Artificial Intelligence, South China Normal University. My research interests primarily focus on large-scale language models (LLMs), spatio-temporal data, and data mining.

ESCFD: Probabilistic Flow Diffusion Model for Accelerated High-Quality Single-Cell RNA-seq Data Synthesis

  • We propose a novel and efficient single-cell RNA sequencing flow diffusion (ESCFD) method based on a diffusion model, which can synthesize large-scale high-quality scRNA-seq samples within a single framework and generate “holistic” or specific cell subpopulations.
